We are registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with RC No. 274764, duly licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission, and have our principal office at No 33, Saka Tinubu Street, Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Indemnity

You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims brought by a third party resulting from the use of our site and or the Services or the provision of content to us by you and in respect of all costs, actions, losses, claims, proceedings, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), or liabilities whatsoever suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of such use of this site and the services or provision of content or your breach or non-observance of any of these Terms and conditions.

How we may use your personal information

We will only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy or data privacy policy and related policies as issued from time to time.

Uploading content to our site

Breach of this policy

When we consider that a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.  Failure to comply with this policy constitutes a material breach, upon which you are permitted to use, navigate, access, or visit our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

We exclude our liability for all actions we may take in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Transfer of this Contract

We can transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party.

Which country's laws apply to this Policy?

Please note that these terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You and we both agree to use all reasonable endeavors to settle any dispute or difference of opinion between them, arising from or in connection with this policy amicably through mutual discussion. However, if such cannot be amicably resolved between the Parties within ninety (90) business days after the occurrence of such dispute, we and or you may refer such dispute to mediation upon giving the other party 15 (fifteen) days written notice. The dispute will be submitted to and decided by Mediation at the Lagos Multidoor Courthouse.
